About the role: 

We are looking for a Freelance Senior Graphic Designer to join our International Arts team. 

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take the lead in conceptualizing and delivering visually compelling creative solutions across print and digital platforms. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, and ensure the highest level of creative execution. 

Key responsibilities: 

Project coordination 

  • Lead and manage multiple design projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and respect of deadlines
  • Liaise directly with clients and account teams to clarify project goals and expectations.
  • Oversee workflow and provide creative direction to junior designers.
  • Support the organization of the workflow, working in a coordinated manner with peers, the Operations/Traffic team, and Senior Art Directors 

Creativity: 

  • Conceptualize original creative ideas and translate them into high-impact design solutions.
  • Design and produce materials across all media formats, ensuring innovation while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Push creative boundaries and propose design approaches that elevate campaigns.   

Agency: 

  • Actively contribute to agency-wide creative initiatives, presenting concepts and leading discussions in team and client meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design integration across campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the quality of materials and adherence to deadlines. 

Technical Expertise: 

  • Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools to produce high-quality creative outputs.
  • Oversee proofing, finalization, and delivery processes, ensuring technical precision.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new tools and techniques into the creative process.
