About the Project Manager position
We are looking for a qualified project manager to join our team. The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day management and smooth operation of multiple projects.
You are a technologically savvy professional who understands the role of technology in our business achieving its goals. You are ,methodical and great at managing your time. Effective collaboration is a necessity for the Project Manager.
Duties and responsibilities are:
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Communications with clients, vendors, team members, updating project timelines.
- Documentation during onboarding calls with clients during the sales process.
- Billing & Invoicing
- Monitor project progress with a detailed plan.
- Deliver projects that meet quality and time standards.
- Develop support documentation which includes requirement specifications and risk logs.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in Handling foreign clients is preferred.
- Experience in handling invoices and billing
- Can do admin tasks
- Has portfolio or sample works for project management
Requirements
As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.
- A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
- Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
- Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
