This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their web development capabilities and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced agency. You will work on various web development projects, collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to create and maintain high-quality websites.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain PHP-based websites.
- Implement websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and enhancements.
- Utilize version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing.
- Work independently on tasks, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Embrace continuous learning challenges with new tasks and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with PHP development.
- Basic understanding of CMS principles.
- Experience with source control management using Git.
- Proficiency in implementing websites with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience providing freelance or contract support preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with various CMSs, such as Drupal and WordPress.
- Familiarity with PHP template engines, such as TWIG.
- Ability to debug and optimize PHP applications for better performance.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and management, particularly MySQL.
