Job Description
Position: Freelance Digital Project Manager/Producer
Location: Remote
Type: Contract/Freelance
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of web projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or Producer, particularly in web projects.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with web development processes and technologies.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
Experience with blocking and tracking on digital website builds or refreshes.
Some exposure to or management of the integration of AI-related technologies into the web dev lifecycle.
