We have short-term freelance opportunities in our New York office for Architectural Designers and Interior Designers with a passion for thoughtful, forward-thinking design. Designers will work directly with architects and interior designers throughout various project phases. Candidates will have:
- A portfolio of architecture for commercial office, mixed-use, and/or institutional clients
- Ideally, they will have a NAAB professional degree from an accredited architecture or interior design program
- 5-10 years of professional experience is preferred
- Demonstrate proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Qualities desired to excel in this role include an ability to be facile at problem-solving, and strong presentation and communication skills. An aptitude for strong design and an ability to work on teams in a collaborative environment are also sought and valued.
Our base compensation for this position, based on experience, ranges from $40-$50/hour.
