- Vendor Communication: Maintain daily communication with global vendors, fabric mills, and agents to track production, secure sample yardage, and resolve issues
- Calendar Deadlines: Meet seasonal calendar milestones and maintain tracking/WIP (Work in Progress) reports for development and shipping
- Tracking: Support in SMS, Photoshoot, and TOP tracking across all classes
- Reporting: Manage on time report for all classes with support of Production team members
- Misc Project: Support in projects across PD and Production as needed
- System Management: Support in daily system updates in Qlik, PLM, and Wip reports
- Mail distribution: Drive mail distribution to coordinators and support submit intake as needed
- 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in Fashion, Retail, Product Development or a related field.
- Proficient in data analysis, data input in PLM, excel, Qlik etc.
- Ability to work within and across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as an understanding of, and ability to, implement operational efficiencies.
- Ability to analyze production process, advise on strategies and achieve sample deadlines.
- Organized, detail oriented, and flexible in order to assist on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Works with a high sense of urgency and integrity, easily and quickly adapts to change, and is motivated by deadlines and new challenges.
- Education: Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
