MISSION: To increase and improve the business of franchisees in line with the franchisor's strategy and objectives.
KEY DELIVERABLES :
Ensure the sustainability of assigned franchisees, by creating, monitoring and contributing to their business plan while ensuring their satisfaction with the franchise offering.
Create and monitor various action plans with the franchisee (range of services, communication, training, online approach, etc.).
Ensure that stores meet defined minimum performance standards (range of services and capabilities, customer service and facilities, NPS, Online, brand policy, service standards).
Plan, contribute to and monitor traffic generation actions (online, fleets, marketing, CRM...), as well as conversion performance in stores.
Ensure that franchise fees are collected on time, and prepare the profit map (fees paid by the franchisee in relation to the value delivered by the franchise).
Ensure that information on franchisee business performance is collected on time.
Support the correct implementation and appropriation of IT tools defined for the network.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in franchise management, business development, sales or consulting
Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L, ROI, and investment models
Proven ability to evaluate franchise performance, identify gaps, and drive improvement plans
Capable of supporting new market entry and expansion strategy
Strategic thinker with problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Knowledge of franchise operations manuals, SOPs, and compliance standards
Driving license is required
Mandarin speaking is a must
