Blooming Health is seeking a skilled Framer Expert to lead the redesign and optimization of our "Community-Based Organizations" landing page. You will play a key role in increasing lead generation, improving user experience, and developing a reusable Framer template for high-converting landing pages. This project is central to our mission of transforming social care through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Landing Page Audit & Strategy:
  • Evaluate the current landing page for user flow, copy, layout, and CTA effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for enhanced user engagement and conversion.
• Design & Development:
  • Create wireframes and mockups (from low- to mid-fidelity) that visualize intuitive and high-converting designs.
  • Implement visual updates, accessibility improvements, and mobile-friendly design features in Framer.
• Template Creation:
  • Develop a Framer template that allows for easy content replication across future landing pages, ensuring consistency in design and performance.
• Conversion Optimization:
  • Enhance CTAs, lead magnets, and incorporate trust signals (e.g., testimonials, partner logos) to drive conversions.
• Testing & Analytics:
  • Implement usability testing and responsiveness checks.
  • Set up and integrate analytics tracking (GA4/event tracking) to measure performance and optimize continuously.

Who We're Looking For

• Framer Expert:
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing in Framer, with a portfolio showcasing landing pages that drive lead generation.
• Design & Development Proficiency:
  • Ability to craft engaging, high-performance visuals and layouts that are optimized for mobile and accessibility standards.
• Data-Driven Optimization:
  • Strong familiarity with analytics and A/B testing to inform design improvements and conversion optimization.

Key Deliverables

• Comprehensive Landing Page Audit & Strategy Document outlining recommendations for copy, layout, CTAs, and user flow improvements.
• Wireframes & Mockups demonstrating proposed design enhancements.
• Revised Landing Page Design & Framer Template incorporating visual updates, accessibility improvements, and optimized conversion elements.
• Conversion Optimization Plan including improved CTAs, trust signals, and lead generation strategies.
• Testing & Analytics Setup with usability tests, responsiveness checks, and GA4/event tracking implementation.
