Fractional Designer (Brand and Social Media Design)

design solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a talented Fractional Designer to join
our team and contribute to our brand and social media design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Brand Design: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, create brand assets, and ensure
consistency across all visual communications.
● Social Media Design: Design engaging and visually appealing content for various social
media platforms, including graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
● Marketing Collateral: Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and
advertisements that align with our brand identity.
● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and other design team members to
ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
● Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and
concepts for campaigns and projects.
Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
● Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
● Experience with creating visual content for various social media platforms.
● Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
