Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Coordinate referrals and specialty care
- Collaborate with behavioral health, pharmacy, and other care teams
- Educate patients on treatment, prevention, and wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Support FQHC quality and performance initiatives
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current, unrestricted Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certified or board eligible in applicable specialty
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
