FPA Procurement Specialist - Indirect

The Opportunity

As Procurement Specialist - Indirect, you will provide dedicated execution support to our Global Category Managers - coordinating sourcing activity, supplier setup and catalogue commercial content - so GCMs can stay focused on strategy.

You will own the procurement delivery that puts approved categories and contracted supply into a catalogue environment in line with GCM strategy, so stakeholders can buy on-contract with clarity and confidence. Ultimate catalogue strategy and supplier selection remain with GCMs; you make the doing happen.

This is where you come in

You will support RFQs and onboarding, keep supplier and pricing master data sound, and build and maintain catalogue content and pricing so the easy path for the business is on-contract in GEP. Where missing content drives workarounds, you fix the commercial root cause with GCMs — enabling adoption through good content, not pressure.

So who are you?

You are strong at procurement execution: RFQ/tender support, supplier onboarding or buying-desk coordination, and creating/maintaining commercial catalogue content and pricing. You keep master data accurate and reduce friction in requisitioning, ordering and invoicing.

You deliver to category manager guidance with clear progress and sensible escalation, and work confidently with requestors and suppliers. Solid Excel and spend/catalogue tracking are second nature.

Preferred: proficient user of a P2P/ERP purchasing platform (GEP or similar admin depth not required); experience loading and refreshing catalogues or punch-outs; indirect or multi-site categories.
