FP&A Manager

Your Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering critical financial insights, enabling strategic decision-making, and enhancing overall financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, and Management Reporting, preferably within a fast-paced eCommerce or technology-driven environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Management Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, offering insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Variance Analysis: Monitor actual financial performance against forecasts and budgets, providing in-depth variance analysis.

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to assess financial impact and support data-driven decision-making.

• Cost Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance profitability and cost control.

• KPI Development: Define and track key financial and operational metrics to measure performance and drive business growth.

• Financial Modelling: Develop complex financial models to support investment decisions, new business initiatives, and strategic planning.

• Process Improvement: Enhance FP&A processes and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a related finance role, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or technology sectors.

• Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or CPA/CFA qualification is a plus.

• Have a strong financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Have an advanced knowledge of Excel, financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).

• Have a deep understanding of financial statements, profitability drivers, and working capital management.

• Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.

• Have an ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

• Are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
