About The Role: 

We're looking for a driven FP&A professional to support key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. In this role, you'll develop and maintain financial models, analyze performance trends, and deliver insights that drive cost efficiency and informed decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with department leads, contribute to management reporting, and play a key role in scenario modeling, KPI tracking, and process automation initiatives.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Support company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives

  • Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances vs. budget and forecast

  • Support preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting packages

  • Partner with department leads to provide financial insights and drive cost efficiency

  • Assist with scenario modeling, and KPI tracking

  • Support FP&A processes, and automation initiatives

  • Support ad hoc financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and business cases

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking

  • Strong modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with financial software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus

  • Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and business drivers

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders with dat

  • Monthly salary of EUR 1600 - 2000 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
