Founded in 2023, our team of 60 professionals supports ~40 clients across a diverse range of industries. We recently reached $5M of contracted ARR and are growing rapidly (over 150% MRR growth YTD).
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our growing team. This is a highly client-facing role ideal for a proactive professional who excels at providing strategic financial analysis and reporting to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. This Analyst will be crucial in translating financial data into strategic insights to support high-level client decision-making
What you'll do
- Managefull-cycle FP&A and financial reporting for a dedicated portfolio of external clients.
- Prepare and present monthlyfinancial reports, budgets, and forecasts to client stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depthrevenue and cost analysis to drive client profitability and efficiency.
- Serve as a key analyst supporting clients in the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction sectors.
- Ensure all client financial data adheres to GAAP compliance and best practices.
- Support year-end close, tax preparation, and audit readiness for client entities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or corporate reporting - Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., advanced formulas, financial modeling).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is aplus, but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP or IFRS.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential.
