Role Overview:
We’re looking for an FP&A Specialist to join our growing Finance team. This person will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable working across teams, and have a strong grasp of financial data, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and models
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and variances
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives
- Assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders and board-level presentations
- Support long-term planning and scenario modeling initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles
- Proficient in Excel; experience with financial planning tools is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
