The FP&A Site Lead is a Senior Manager-level role and the dedicated FP&A business partner for the Resilience Biotechnologies Inc (RBI) site. As the sole FP&A resource on site, this individual owns all financial planning and analysis for the facility and serves as the primary finance liaison to the Site General Manager, department leads, and the broader Resilience Finance organization.
The role demands deep command of cGMP manufacturing economics — including batch costing, COGS, capacity utilization, and capital project tracking — combined with strong business partnering skills to drive financial accountability across a complex, multi-program CDMO environment. The FP&A Site Lead will also play a key role in the site’s ongoing ERP migration and in building scalable, technology-enabled FP&A infrastructure for the site.
The RBI site (Mississauga, Ontario) operates 136,000 sq ft of cGMP space with 250 - 350 FTEs. It offers end-to-end biologics capabilities: process and analytical development (PAD), upstream and downstream drug substance manufacturing and aseptic sterile fill/finish. The site carries clean regulatory history — inspected by US FDA, PMDA, and Health Canada within the past five years — and is actively expanding fill/finish capacity coming online in the near future.
