The Role
Lead FP&A for Global Corporate IT: produce bottom-up forecasts and budgets, analyze SMG&A, manage month-end transactions and journal entries, review cost allocation, build reporting and dashboards, support audits and finance initiatives, and foster cross-functional finance partnerships.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-  Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a corporate IT environment.

-  Outstanding analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

-  Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.

-  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

-  Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

-  Experience with cost allocation models and strategic financial analysis.

-  Familiarity with month-end procedures and journal entries.

-  Proficiency in developing and improving reporting tools and dashboards.

-  Ability to prioritize various tasks and meet strict deadlines.

-  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience;

Pay Range

$64,400 - $119,600 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
