Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a European deep-tech company operating in cloud computing and AI, supporting a complex, multi-entity international organization with multiple business models, including SaaS, infrastructure, and asset-intensive operations.
We are seeking an FP&A Manager (AI-Native Finance) to lead a strategic finance transformation and build an AI-augmented FP&A function from the ground up. This is a senior, highly analytical role with strong exposure to executive leadership and direct influence on forecasting, capital allocation, and strategic decision-making.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, designing forward-looking planning and performance frameworks suited to a fast-growing deep-tech environment.
⚠️ Hands-on, proven experience implementing AI in FP&A workflows is mandatory.
This role is explicitly focused on AI-enabled planning and analysis, not spreadsheet-heavy or manual processes.
Build and own the FP&A function from scratch, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance management across business units.
Design and maintain driver-based financial models, scenario analysis, and decision-support frameworks.
Lead monthly performance reviews, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Support strategic decision-making across pricing, investments, capex planning, and growth initiatives.
Implement, scale, and optimize FP&A tooling (NetSuite Planning, Adaptive, Planful, or similar platforms).
Drive AI adoption within FP&A, including predictive forecasting, automated variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
Partner closely with the Group Financial Controller to reconcile actuals versus forecasts and ensure data consistency.
Produce high-quality board and investor materials, with a strong emphasis on forward-looking analysis.
Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders across multiple geographies and business models.
6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance roles.
Proven track record building FP&A processes and frameworks from the ground up.
Strong experience operating in multi-entity, international environments.
Background in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or deep-tech companies.
NetSuite experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in FP&A workflows is mandatory.
Strong financial modeling skills and a business partnering mindset.
Experience with FP&A platforms and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high autonomy.
Prior experience working closely with executive leadership, boards, or investors.
Exposure to capital-intensive or infrastructure-heavy business models.
Experience supporting fundraising, M&A, or long-term strategic planning initiatives.
Familiarity with modern data stacks and automation-first finance environments.
You will play a central role in shaping the finance function of a European AI and cloud deep-tech company, with the opportunity to design and scale an AI-native FP&A organization from day one.
This role offers high ownership, strategic influence, and direct exposure to the CFO, leadership team, and investors, within a fully remote EMEA setup and limited travel (~10–15%).
