【What you will be doing】
- Excellence in business partnering to support growth by conducting operational and financial analysis and provide financial insights, solutions and decisions.
- Actively engage in planning processes to ensure alignment between business strategies and financial targets, hands on in preparing financial forecasts, and annual budgeting.
- Support month end closing and management reporting by analyzing monthly financial results, understand and explain primary drivers of variances.
- Provide sound financial analysis on new business opportunities.
- Provide guidance to commercial partners on finance basics and operation procedures.
- Ad hoc reports or duties as assigned.
【Who we are looking for】
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 8 years experiences in accounting and commercial finance, Big 4 experience is a plus (3 years experiences is a min)
- Strong business acumen with ability to see big picture with an analytical and forward-looking mindset
- Open-minded team player with strong ownership and can do attitude
- Excellent business partnering and project management skills
- Proficient in computer skills, especially in Excel
