Fabletics Inc. is looking for a Sr. FP&A Manager.

As the Sr. FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving financial analysis and strategy as well as preparing the monthly forecast and annual budget for several organizations supporting the leadership team and Fabletics organization. This is an exciting and unique role that focuses on operations as well as finance.
While at Fabletics, you will have the opportunity to think critically about complex challenges and drive meaningful change. This role will work closely with key stakeholders of several teams on various facets of the company to devise strategic solutions to unique business problems.
The individual will lead and assist in financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation to keep the business on track to meet its financial goals. This position will report to the VP, FP&A Operations.
What You Will Do:
Lead strategic financial planning and analysis for key operational business groups.
Directly partnering with leadership to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
Present complex financial insights and recommendations to executive and C-suite leaders
Translating data into actionable strategies that drive critical business decisions and influence long-term financial outcomes.
Support forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and strategic projects.
Facilitate execution of monthly forecasts inclusive of headcount, operational, and capital expenditures.
Prepare financial business case recommendations to optimize costs and communicate proposals to senior leadership team.
Prepare P&L and ROI views for different cross-sections of the business including brand and function
Influence headcount decisions in close partnership with leadership teams.
Act as sounding board and gate keeper for investments, hiring and project decisions.
Prepare other continuous and ad hoc financial reports, including monthly KPI reporting, etc.
Prepare variance analysis for the monthly forecast package and compare actual results vs. forecast and budget for fixed & variable costs
Prepare and assist with developing new reporting for the monthly forecast as well as slide assistance for the Monthly Business Review.
Freight and Variable Labor Modeling
Assist the accounting department with the coding and allocation of invoices.
Analyze cost and propose ways to reduce spending.
Become an expert in Hyperion and Workday reporting to ensure financial info about labor costs are aligned between HR and FP&A.
Partner with leadership team on special projects.
What You Can Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
MBA in technology and/or finance preferred.
7+ years of relevant FP&A experience in fast-paced companies
Experience in Operations is a plus
Excellent relationship management and mediation skills, must have the ability to weigh multiple stakeholder perspectives and drive timely and effective decision making
Basic Accounting knowledge. Experience with multiple legal entities, companies, currencies, and hierarchies is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently and switch rapidly between different projects
Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Be extremely analytical and quantitative and very comfortable building advanced spreadsheet models
Have a high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to develop logical estimates no matter how little information is available
Be comfortable using most appropriate combination of rigorous analytical and “estimation” approaches
Experience working with forecasting tools such as Hyperion, Oracle, Workday familiarity with business intelligence tools such as ThinkCell, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and/or statistical analyses tools is a plus
Very detail oriented, with strong organization skills with the ability to maintain and keep track of multiple information sources
Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to optimize on processes
The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure

The annual base salary range for this position is from $89,100-$150,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
