What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare global budgeting and forecasting financial planning processes across the group.
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual performance of the group.
- Identify, develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and SaaS metrics for FP&A to improve analysis and decision-making.
- Act as Finance Business Partner for members of the global finance leadership team, providing operational and reporting related decision support.
- Preparation of reports and presentations for the senior management team & board that explain the assumptions, key outputs, underlying drivers behind trends and range of potential future scenarios.
- Financial modelling and business planning.
- Streamline and automate FP&A workflows and KPI reporting metrics.
- Assist with Investor relations and provide financial review and support in any fundraising activities/due diligence.
- Commercial support for both procurement and sales.
- Ad-hoc projects and analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (CPA/ACA/ACCA) with experience in a FP&A or commercial role.
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret and effectively communicate financial performance to senior management and other external partners.
- Proven ability to develop FP&A related processes, procedures, and controls.
- Ability to negotiate, influence and build excellent working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and be a champion of change.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial attitude, and independent and adaptable worker.
- Results oriented, with proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the organization.
- Previous working experience in a scale up business and SaaS business models desirable.
- Previous experience working internationally desirable.
- Experience with key Enterprise systems such as Salesforce, PowerBI, NetSuite and financial reporting and forecasting tools.
