What you’ll be doing

As an FP&A Associate, you'll be an integral member of the Finance team, working cross-functionally to drive business performance, ensure financial sustainability, and support strategic growth through financial planning, business metric monitoring, and financial impact evaluation. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead and support planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment with company strategy through scenario analysis and target setting.

• Analyze P&L performance, revenue streams, margins, and cost structures to identify growth and efficiency levers.

• Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, gathering inputs and challenging assumptions for more accurate financial planning.

• Build and maintain financial models and reports to support budgeting, pricing, and investment cases.

• Develop dashboards and tools to monitor key business and financial performance indicators of different products

• Co-develop business cases for new product launches and strategic initiatives, assessing ROI and financial risks.

• Analyze OPEX and labour trends, run productivity benchmarks, and propose cost optimisation initiatives.

• Support strategic projects and assist in defining financial KPIS for new business models and long-term planning.

• Contribute to monthly and quarterly closing activities with variance analyses and performance commentaries.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious, proactive, and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or controlling within high-growth environments.

• Solid knowledge of financial statements and their interdependencies.

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets modelling skills; experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred.

• A structured mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

• A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable attitude, with a passion for helping businesses grow sustainably.

• Language proficiency in English and Italian.
