Our FP&A team is evolving from a traditional reporting and forecasting function into a data-driven strategic one. We've ditched the clunky, manual spreadsheets of the past for a warehouse-first approach.
We lean into commercial analytics and work closely alongside our Data Analytics team. Using a modern stack (BigQuery, dbt, and Hex), we go beyond the numbers to find the "why" behind them. If you think FP&A should be a proactive strategic partner to the business rather than just a reporting function, you'll fit right in.
🚀 About the role & impactAs our new FP&A Analyst, you'll be the bridge between raw data, financial health, and commercial action.
You'll help us automate and expand our reporting by building scalable models, understanding and reporting key metrics, and giving the wider business clear visibility into performance. Reporting is the groundwork, not the goal. The important part is using it to anchor the decisions we and the business make in our data.
🎯 What you will doAutomation & Efficiency: Replace manual legwork with code — automating recurring tasks and reporting so the team can move faster and spend more time on high-value analysis.
Reporting & Visibility: Build and maintain scalable reporting that gives the business clear, reliable visibility into commercial and financial performance.
Forecasting: Own and continuously improve our forecasting process, making it more accurate, more automated, and more useful.
Modelling & Scenario Analysis: Support end-to-end financial modelling and scenario analysis to stress-test plans and inform key decisions.
Cross-Functional Partnering: Partner with Marketing, Ops, and other teams - feeding the forecasting process, supporting ad-hoc analysis, and surfacing the insights that improve how we operate.
Strategic Insights: Be the voice of the data - turning analysis into clear commercial commentary that helps the business decide what to do next.
A Commercial or Finance Background: You bring real experience from a commercial or finance role and are comfortable with core financial concepts (P&L, unit economics, financial metrics, etc.)
A Data-First Thinker: You see the move from traditional spreadsheet-based reporting and modelling to a warehouse-first approach as an evolution worth embracing. You're strong in SQL, ideally have some Python experience, and it's a big plus if you've used Hex (or other data visualisation tools).
A Commercial & D2C Enthusiast: You speak the language of subscriptions, living at the intersection of performance marketing and finance - intuitively connecting acquisition and CPA to growth, retention, churn, LTV, and cohort performance.
An AI-Forward Operator: You embrace modern tools, including LLMs, to enhance your work and streamline your workflows - freeing up time for the high-value analysis that makes the difference.
A Clear Communicator: You can take messy, multi-source data and turn it into something people genuinely understand - clear models and commentary that tell a coherent story and help others make decisions.
We value your time. We’ve designed a streamlined, 4-step process to get us from "Hello" to "Welcome to the team" as quickly as possible:
