About the Team

Within Finance, the FP&A team drives forecasting accuracy, financial reporting, and strategic insights that fuel Immuta’s continued growth as a global SaaS leader. We work cross-functionally to provide data-driven recommendations that optimize performance, allocate resources effectively, and maximize profitability. Your Role

As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll support core financial planning activities, help maintain models, and provide insights that strengthen visibility across the business. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you'll work closely with Accounting, Recruiting, and business partners to ensure accurate reporting and smooth planning cycles. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who's looking to deepen their FP&A experience, build scalable processes, and contribute to a growing SaaS organization.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Assist in building and maintaining financial models and analyses that guide strategic and operational decisions.
Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles by preparing trend analysis, variance reporting, and departmental summaries.
Participate in monthly budget-to-actual (BvA) analyses, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Help track and analyze key SaaS metrics such as CAC, CAC payback, LTV, funnel conversion, and contribution margin.
Collaborate with Accounting and business partners to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, forecasting templates, and structured analyses.
Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Preparing and updating forecasting and performance analysis across departments and geographies.
Contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables.
Assisting with tracking and evaluation of SaaS KPIs and operational metrics.
Maintaining and enhancing financial models and dashboards to support scalable reporting
Partnering with department leaders to understand drivers and guide decision-making.
Support of budgeting, long-term planning, and strategic finance initiatives.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1- 3 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or high-growth SaaS finance.
Proven ability to build and maintain financial models and perform scenario analysis for SaaS metrics.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and senior leadership.
Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets); experience with NetSuite, Mosaic/Hi-Bob, or similar tools preferred.
Familiarity with SaaS metric reporting, macOS, or automation tools for analytics is a plus.
