Job Purpose:
- The FP&A Analyst at OSYPKA MEDTEC INC will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function within the organization. This position is responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making and enhance the company's financial performance. The FP&A Analyst will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the company in the accounting and finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to enhance financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

POSITION IS ON-SITE AND NOT REMOTE

NO RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential financial issues.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the medical technology industry is advantageous.
