Key responsibility
- Looking for Lead inventory across global manufacturing & WH sites
- Enhance inventory tracking and reporting processes using advanced analytics and automation tools
- Monitoring costing error :
- Ensure cost accounting is finalized and fully distributed
- Validate closure of interfaced modules (AR/AP) and completed work orders
- Review standard cost and layer processes
- Identify and resolve costing anomalies (e.g., negative balances, incorrect work order flows)
- Confirm final accounting and full cost distribution of receipts
- Monitor for unfinalized accounting entries and missing SLA definitions
- Detect incomplete transactions and missing standard cost, categories, or layers
- Ensure accurate definitions for warehouses, items, and transaction SLAs
- Review role definitions for SOX compliance
- Review BI integration and validations (inventory cycle)

Experience of 5-7 years from global Industrial/ High-tech manufacturing companies
