Founding Technical Product Lead (AI Orchestration)

While most AI companies focus on digital industries, we design AI native orchestration systems for the sectors that extract, move, and build ecosystems around us. We turn messy, high stakes operations into intelligent, adaptive workflows that improve decisions in real time.
Our first proving ground is mining and natural resources, but the platform is modular by design and built to scale into any industry where decisions are expensive and the consequences are real.

As a Founding Technical Product Lead, you will define and shape the workflows Skiffra brings to life. This is a hands-on, zero-to-one role focused on problem framing, system design, and rapid execution, not backlog grooming.

This role is based in Los Angeles or the San Francisco Bay Area.

• Own discovery for complex operational problems and define what should be built

• Map and redesign workflows that span people, systems, and data

• Translate domain complexity into clear product requirements and system designs

• Partner closely with engineering to design AI-native solutions and ship quickly

• Define interfaces, handoffs, and decision logic used by agents and workflows

• Work directly with customers and domain experts to validate assumptions

• Prioritize ruthlessly as new information emerges

• Help set early product culture and operating rhythm

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product, systems, or solution design roles

• Proven ability to define problems before jumping to solutions

• Strong systems thinking and comfort with integration-heavy environments

• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working closely with engineers on technical products

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly

• Experience with enterprise or workflow-driven software

• Exposure to AI-enabled products or decision systems

• Background in operations, finance, or industrial domains

• Early-stage startup or founding-team experience

This is a hybrid role with regular in-person collaboration in Los Angeles or the San Francisco Bay Area. We are not a remote-only company.
