The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Join as a Founding Strategy & Operations Generalist, initially focused on recruiting and then broader business operations. You will report to the CEO and solve open-ended problems across finance, pricing, sales, and administration.
What you'll do
- Build hiring processes and manage recruiting pipelines.
- Handle contracts, billing, accounting coordination, insurance, and operational administration.
- Develop financial models and support pricing or revenue projects.
- Build AI agents and workflow automations.
- Turn ambiguous business priorities into independently delivered projects.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 2 to 4 years of consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startup operating experience.
- Strong analytical reasoning and financial modeling skills.
- Practical experience building AI automations or agents.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and priorities.
- Strong ownership and comfort solving problems without a predefined playbook.
Bonus points
- A quantitative degree.
- Strategy or operations experience in a fast-growing startup.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 130,000 to 180,000 per year.

- Four days per week in the office, with Wednesdays remote.
