Who We Are

We’re a stealth-mode startup rethinking industrial equipment maintenance for sectors that produce more than 25 % of U.S. GDP—manufacturing, mining, energy, and oil & gas. Backed by $2 million in pre-seed funding and currently serving multiple multi-billion dollar customers, we’re building an AI-powered platform that leverages agentic workflows and natural language interfaces to make it drastically easier for companies to keep their critical equipment up and running. Our focus is to not simply to deliver software, but tangible impact, resulting in a better quality of life for our users and operational excellence across production environments.

The Role:

• Build core functionality and features that will have a drastic impact on our customers’ ability to drive production of their manufactured goods.
• Become an expert in the operational system of maintenance and reliability, learning to attack problems with a fused perspective of software and industrial engineering.
• Work directly with our customers’ frontline personnel to develop a product that not only allows them to work more efficiently, but fundamentally improves their quality of life.
• Be a leader in building out our engineering function, helping set the standards for how we work internally and with customers.
• Partner with the founders on critical decision making to determine product roadmap, customer scope, and ultimately details that define the trajectory of the our business.

What We Require:

• Availability to work in-person in San Francisco / relocate by September 2025.
• 5+ years of staff engineering or 2-3 years at a scaling startup with track record of production-code.
• Fluent in React, Python (FastAPI), AWS (ECS/Lambda), Terraform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven ability to ship features end to end, knowing how to balance 0-1 iterating versus production-grade scale.
• Plus: Experience building AI agent workflows, APIs, and LLM/RAG pipelines
