Our client is a healthcare technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own full-stack product development as an early engineering hire, reporting to the technical leader. Build and scale core platform services and automation features while helping shape architecture and delivery practices in a fast-paced, high-ownership setting.
What you'll do
- Build and run automated agent workflows that handle outreach at scale.
- Develop and improve integrations with external customer systems, including custom adapters for different software versions.
- Scale language-model features across voice, text and email while keeping conversations consistent and personalized.
- Design workflows that answer domain-specific questions and perform routine calculations.
- Create scheduling and call management tools for operations users.
- Reverse-engineer legacy systems that lack public APIs so they can be integrated with existing customer environments.
- Help define system architecture and the team's shipping cadence as it grows.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 0 to 6 years of software engineering experience, from new graduate to roughly five years in.
- Daily production coding in TypeScript, Python or full-stack environments.
- Experience with AWS and Next.js.
- Genuine end-to-end ownership of projects that real users relied on.
- Comfort making high-stakes decisions amid ambiguity without a playbook.
- Drive, ambition and a fast learning curve.
- Willingness to work on-site six days a week, with long weekday hours and a shorter sixth day.
Bonus points
- A track record of shipping meaningful production software with real users, with recent public code activity.
- Clear technical depth: able to explain past work and reason about unfamiliar systems.
- Interest in healthcare technology.

- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 250,000 per year
