About the Role:We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Go-To-Market team. As a SDR at Synthflow AI, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our customer base by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our groundbreaking AI solution.
This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a foundational role, shaping our sales strategies and making a significant impact. You will thrive on building relationships with potential clients in a fast-paced, innovative environment, perfect for launching your career in sales.
Conduct outreach to potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email, and social media
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Account Executives
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products and services
Maintain a high volume of activity including calls, emails, and social touches
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging
Accurately enter and update lead information in our CRM system
Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends
Are a recent bachelor/master graduate with internship experience in sales, customer service or related field
Have excellent and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
Are self-motivated with a drive to succeed and knack for building relationships
Gain hands-on experience in business development at a fast-growing AI startup.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales.
