This isn’t a typical PM role. As the first Product Manager at Guild.ai, you will be a cornerstone of our team and culture. You’ll work directly with the founders to define not just the roadmap, but the product philosophy and operating model that shape everything we build.
We are tackling one of the hardest—and most important—problems in software engineering: helping developers understand, evolve, and operate complex systems using autonomous and event-driven AI. You will be instrumental in translating this vision into products that engineers love, rely on, and advocate for.
If you thrive in ambiguity, love engaging with customers, and feel energized by building 0→1 products that require both deep technical empathy and crisp execution, this role is for you.
What You Will DoOwn the Product Surface: Drive the end-to-end direction of core areas of the Guild.ai platform. Define product vision, strategy, and positioning while keeping an uncompromising focus on developer experience and workflow impact.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Establish and lead customer discovery and research. Spend time with engineers, tech leads, and CTOs to deeply understand their pain points, mental models, and daily challenges—and turn those insights into product clarity.
Translate Ambiguity into Action: Craft clear problem definitions, write thoughtful product narratives, and create specifications that align engineering, design, and GTM around what matters most.
Collaborate, Build, and Ship: Partner with a world-class engineering and design team in a tight, fast-moving environment. You’ll help shepherd features from concept to launch, with a bias toward iteration and learning.
Define Product at Guild.ai : You won’t just run a backlog—you’ll help build our entire product muscle. From process to metrics to decision frameworks, your work will set the standard for how Guild.ai builds, learns, and scales.
Influence Company Strategy: Your insights will play a critical role in shaping our long-term roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and vision, ensuring that customer-driven thinking is at the core of our direction.

What We Do
Guild turns agents into shared production infrastructure, with a managed software center for trusted agent capabilities, and an agent hub for discovering and sharing agents. For Enterprises. AI, Trusted in Production Autonomous software requires the same guardrails as any production system. Guild enforces centralized identity, least-privilege access, and immutable audit logging so enterprise governance extends to AI agents. Agents can act on code, tickets, and operational workflows without bypassing identity controls or becoming a black box. For Developers. AI, Built Like Real Software Guild gives developers the primitives they expect: typed interfaces, versioned releases, safe execution boundaries, and full execution traces, so agents behave like systems, not scripts. The Agent Hub is a public GitHub-like platform for broad discovery and reuse of agents, allowing developers to build agents like real software and ship them as products. One Platform. Any Model Universal by design. Guild is neutral toward models, vendors, and frameworks, doesn’t lock governance into a single stack, and works with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and open-source models. Companies can run agents via chat, APIs, webhooks, and schedules, as well as publish trusted capabilities to version, reuse, and improve - so teams don't start from zero. Access can be controlled centrally, and usage tracked by workspace, user, agent, and trigger.
