We are building a unified financial platform: one account, every asset class, one experience. Trading, investing, crypto, and everyday spending combined into a single coherent system instead of five disconnected products.
The Accounts and Cards domain is the foundation everything else runs on. It defines where user funds live, how money moves across the system, and whether this platform becomes part of a user's daily life or just another tool they open once a week.
We are not building a card product. We are building the behavioral loop that makes the entire platform sticky.
You are sitting at the intersection of payments infrastructure, regulated financial accounts, and consumer UX. You have to make all three feel simple to the end user.
- The system moves money across multiple asset classes with different latency models (real-time card spend, T+2 equities, on-chain crypto)
- The regulatory environment is multi-region and constantly shifting
- The UX has to feel like a neobank but sit on top of institutional-grade infrastructure
- You are not the only product leader here. You need to build coherently with crypto, trading, and investing squads without losing domain ownership
- Account structure and balance layer: how users hold funds across asset classes
- Wallet and liquidity infrastructure: how money moves in, out, and across the platform
- Card experience: spend behavior, portfolio-linked funding, daily engagement loops
- Deposits, withdrawals, and transfers: reliability, speed, and UX simplicity
- Onboarding into the financial layer: activation, first funding, first transaction
You own this end-to-end. Strategy, discovery, requirements, delivery, metrics. Not just the roadmap.

Requirements
Required
- 8+ years in product, with meaningful time in fintech, payments, banking, or adjacent domains
- Direct experience owning at least one of: core banking / wallet infrastructure, card products, payment flows at scale
- Ability to operate at system level — you understand APIs, transaction flows, and event-driven architecture well enough to make good product decisions and challenge engineering assumptions
- Track record of owning outcomes, not features: activation rates, funding rates, transaction volumes — not just shipped features
- High autonomy: you define the problem, not just solve the one handed to you
- Experience at a multi-product fintech platform (Nubank, Revolut, Wise, Mercado Pago, Neon, C6, or equivalent)
- Experience navigating multi-region regulatory environments
- Built or scaled a card product with real engagement metrics behind it
Skills Required
