Working at Deepline
Go-to-Market software was built for people to operate.
That is changing. Coding agents can now research markets, find data, build workflows & systems better & faster than humans ever could.
Like with software engineering, the definition of go-to-market work is changing.
Soon, people will define the outcome while agents build the machinery.
Deepline makes that machinery possible & reliable. The market is forming around us now. Your job is to help people see it.
You will own growth at Deepline.
What's been working:
- In-person and digital events
- Office hours and workshops
- Slack communities and word of mouth
- Technical demos and customer stories
- YouTube, LinkedIn, and partnerships
We want to turn these into repeatable system, and find more valuable growth opportunities.
You will also test bigger, stranger ideas. We love big swings.
This is a growth role at a developer-tool company.
While DevRel experience is not required, you do need to understand and be able to communicate with technical customers, use the product, and create deliverables they appreciate.
You can:
- Build something from zero
- Communicate clearly
- Run excellent events
- Earn trust in technical communities
- Turn customer work into useful content
- Measure signups, activation, retention, and revenue
- Move quickly without waiting for approvals or a brief
You may come from growth, product marketing, community, content, or an early startup role. Your title matters less than what you have built. You do not need to be an engineer, but you cannot be afraid of product.
- Positioning and product storytelling
- Events, office hours, and community programs
- Customer stories, demos, and technical content
- Co-marketing and community partnerships
- Growth experiments across acquisition and activation
- The numbers behind what works
Enterprise sales, customer success, and implementation are separate jobs.
This will be hard work. It should also be the most fun job you have ever had.
Life is short. We do not want Deepline to be the same company with the same content calendar and corporate rituals.
We want ambitious, customer-obsessed people who take the work seriously while finding the joy in being able to build cool products with customers excited to work with us.
