New York City | In person | Full time
Deepline is hiring a Founding Head of Growth to help define and grow a new category of software. You will turn early customer pull into a repeatable growth engine, make the product legible to the people who will build with it, and find the stories and programs that make a new market move.
Deepline is the agent-first platform for teams to build bespoke GTM software.
Agents are making it possible for anyone to build custom software around how a company sells. But turning a good idea into a production system still requires a fragmented stack of data providers, internal and external data, APIs, permissions, integrations, monitoring, and operational infrastructure.
Deepline makes that layer practical. We give power users and agents the primitives to build and run the exact systems their company needs.
We're already used by thousands of power users at several T1 companies and have grown extremely quickly since we launched in the last six months. We are a lean, deeply technical team moving quickly to build the infrastructure for agent-built software.
Software has never been built solely for agents. Come help shape what that looks like.
Own growth at Deepline. Some things are already working: in-person and digital events, office hours, workshops, technical demos, customer stories, community, partnerships, and word of mouth. Your job is to turn those into a system, double down on what works, find the next growth loops, and help the right people understand what they can build with Deepline.
This is growth for a deeply technical product. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to understand technical customers, use the product, and create work they genuinely value.
• Positioning and product storytelling that makes a new category easy to understand and hard to ignore.
• Events, office hours, workshops, and community programs that create real trust with technical users.
• Customer stories, demos, technical content, and launches that show what people can build with Deepline.
• Co-marketing, ecosystem, and community partnerships.
• Experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention, not activity for its own sake.
• The numbers behind what works: signups, activation, retention, revenue, and the leading indicators that matter.
• You have built something from zero in growth, product marketing, community, content, or an early-stage company.
• You communicate with unusual clarity and turn customer work into useful, high-signal content.
• You can run excellent events and earn trust in technical communities.
• You move without waiting for a perfect brief or a committee decision.
• You are comfortable in product, even if your title has never been engineering.
• You care about the system behind growth, not just the campaign calendar.
• Shape an entirely new category of software, with a real role in defining both the product and the company.
• Work in person in New York with experienced founders and a deeply technical, talent-dense team.
• Build at the frontier of AI, on problems that change how products are created, shipped, and brought to market.
• Work somewhere truth-seeking and creatively opinionated: we question inherited assumptions and choose fast learning over false certainty.
• Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
Early teams compound. We are looking for people who raise the ambition, clarity, and quality of the work around them.
The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $190,000 per year.
