The Role

Normal Computing. Incredible Opportunities.

At Normal, we're rewriting AI foundations to advance the frontier of reasoning and reliability in the real world. We are tackling problems across semiconductors and industrials with a mix of interdisciplinary approaches across the full stack: from probabilistic software infrastructure and algorithms to hardware and physics, enabling AI that can reason and understand its own limits.

At Normal, we understand that our technology is only as powerful as the people behind it. Every employee drives significant impact within our products, often working directly with customers and embedding across our tightly-knit team. Our team members are driven by curiosity and passion for solving some of the most challenging problems in the world of atoms.

Normal was founded in 2022 by engineers and scientists that pioneered industry-leading Physics + ML tools for next-gen AI at Google Brain and Google X.

Your Role in Our Mission

At Normal Computing, we partner with leading organizations that drive the most critical industries. We are seeking a founding Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and building Normal’s GTM strategy, and managing and developing our enterprise partnership ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Normal’s founders and leadership, working across our product, engineering and marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape Normal’s commercial efforts and the future of enterprise AI alongside our partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Normal's GTM strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving its execution, from outreach to deal closure and partnership success with enterprise organizations.

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives, and position Normal as a transformation partner to address their business goals.

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the enterprise AI landscape and Normal’s relevant application landscape in advanced manufacturing, defining market positioning and key customer segments, creating messaging and sales collateral, and driving the execution of marketing and business development initiatives.

  • Building and maintaining a growing enterprise partnership ecosystem, managing sales pipeline activities through robust processes and tools.

  • Driving cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders including engineering, product, marketing, legal and finance to ensure partnership success.

What We Do

Normal is rethinking semiconductors from the ground up. The infrastructure powering AI models was never designed with today’s scale, complexity, or energy demands in mind. Today's general-purpose architectures underutilize the physical potential of the hardware itself. By aligning hardware design with the intrinsic properties of physical systems, we can transform efficiency. We believe that exploring the limits of new and custom silicon, including those which optimize their own physics, requires the help of AI, better EDA software, and ultimately the realization of a virtuous cycle of self-improving AI hardware. We deliver our software and hardware with the largest semiconductor design and manufacturing institutions, a responsibility which entails individual ownership and deep partnership. We are a diverse, lean team of the world's best engineers, scientists, and operators, with offices in New York City, San Francisco, London, and Copenhagen.
