The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Build core software systems from initial design through production, using AI development tools while taking responsibility for privacy, security, and correctness.
What you'll do
- Own full-stack features and systems from first implementation to release.
- Integrate language models into production workflows.
- Make architecture decisions balancing delivery speed, reliability, security, and scale.
- Define technical problems where detailed specifications do not yet exist.
- Work with sensitive data and ship improvements used in real decisions.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience, supported by substantial engineering ownership or an exceptional project portfolio.
- Hands-on use of AI coding agents in real development work.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React or Next.js, Node.js, and AWS.
- Startup experience or end-to-end ownership of complex projects.
- Interest in education and the ability to work independently while maintaining data quality and privacy.
Bonus points
- Production LLM integration experience.
- Security, data analytics, privacy, or product management experience.
Benefits
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 190,000 per year.
- Equity: Competitive.
Location and work model
- Fully onsite in New York City.
