The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Join as a Founding Engineer with ownership across the web platform. The role combines implementation with substantial influence over product decisions and roadmap priorities.
What you'll do
- Build frontend, backend, and infrastructure for a self-serve web product.
- Develop tools for marketing, launch, and localized video workflows.
- Integrate LLM agents and creative-generation pipelines.
- Work with leadership on product direction and technical decisions.
- Deliver customer commitments while prototyping and improving new features.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 0 to 3 years of relevant full-stack engineering experience, supported by shipped production work.
- Strong Python and JavaScript skills, including React and Next.js.
- Experience building across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with LLM applications and agent architectures.
- Founder, founding engineer, or early-stage startup experience.
- Ability to explain technical decisions and contribute independently to product direction.
Bonus points
- Experience with creative software or generative AI products.
- RLHF or human-in-the-loop learning systems experience.
Benefits
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 175,000 to 275,000 per year.
