About the role
In short: Own the end-to-end intelligence pipeline - from raw data to trusted AI systems
- Architect and ship LLM-powered extraction, agentic workflows, and RAG systems.
- Own ETL and data architecture end-to-end.
- Design evaluation, validation, and governance for high-stakes pharma data.
- Drive resolution of complex, high-impact technical challenges.
- Make foundational product decisions that scale with the company.
- Work directly with customers and founders to solve real-world problems.

- You have 3+ years of experience building production systems in Python.
- You’ve worked across AI systems and data infrastructure.
