We’re looking for a content-obsessed creative who can tell stories, experiment with formats, and translate technical ideas into content that resonates. This role will own everything from social videos to long-form blogs to case studies. If you’re the kind of person who notices the difference between “good enough” and “polished,” loves taking ideas from 0 → 1, and thrives in a fast-moving startup, we’d love to meet you.
Define Meridian’s content engine: write, edit, and publish blogs, case studies, guides, and more.
Drive social presence: create short-form videos, posts, and campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally: work with founders, product, and design to turn insights into content that educates and inspires.
Experiment constantly: test new formats, styles, and creative approaches; measure performance and double down on what works.
Maintain a high bar: ensure everything we publish reflects Meridian’s voice, positioning, and attention to detail.
You’re a strong storyteller with excellent writing skills and a portfolio across multiple formats (social, blog, video, etc.).
You have creative range: you can draft a case study one day and storyboard a short video the next.
You’re resourceful and independent: you can take a rough idea and run with it, with little hand-holding.
You’re detail-oriented: typos bother you, formatting matters, and you naturally raise the quality bar.
You have an eye for what performs online: you follow trends, analyze why content works, and adapt quickly.
