* Based in Munich or willing to work closely with the team here
* Strong interest in startups, business building, and early-stage growth
* Experience or strong intuition in sales, partnerships, GTM, marketing, or venture development
* Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership
* Able to think strategically and execute practically
* Ideally some exposure to SaaS, HR-tech, executive search, recruiting, or AI
