Who you are

You're a closing AE who understands the legal buyer. You'll join an early-days GTM motion - playbook, ICP, pipeline already in motion - and your job is to run new deals end-to-end and own the existing customer book: keeping clients close, surfacing expansion, and making sure they get the most out of working with us.

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • Close net-new business across our ICP - Real Estate, investment funds, financial institutions, and corporates

  • Be the day-to-day relationship owner for our existing customers - the person they call, and the person who knows what's going on inside their business

  • Drive renewals, upsell, and account expansion - spot expansion signals early and act on them

  • Run regular check-ins and account reviews; bring customer feedback back into the team

  • Sharpen the playbook alongside the GTM Lead - discovery, demo flow, objection handling, pricing

  • Bring legal-buyer expertise to live deals: spot what matters to a GC, fund ops lead, or finance team early

  • Be a clear voice back to the founders and product team on what customers need next

You'll likely be a fit if you have:

  • 2+ years closing B2B deals, with some account management or customer-facing post-sale experience

  • A track record in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and the playbook is still being refined

  • Strong written communication - you can run async deal cycles and write follow-ups that close

  • AI-native day to day - you use frontier models in how you work, not just read about them. You don't need to write code, but you do need a genuine interest in how AI is changing legal work.

  • Bonus: Direct legal industry experience - legal tech sales, legal operations, or a paralegal/lawyer who's moved into a commercial role. You know how legal teams actually buy.

This role is based in our London office and you'll work in person with the team.

  • Growth orientation & feedback culture. We grow by seeking discomfort. Take on work you are not yet qualified for. Give feedback direct enough to be useful.

  • AI fluency. AI-native is how we work. Use AI to eliminate steps. Build systems that compound.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years closing B2B deals with account management or post-sale customer-facing experience
  • Strong written communication and ability to run async deal cycles and write closing follow-ups
  • Familiarity with legal buyers and how GC, fund ops, or finance teams make purchasing decisions
  • AI-native working habits; regular use of frontier models and interest in AI's impact on legal work
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, early-stage environments where playbooks evolve
  • Direct legal industry experience (legal tech sales, legal operations, paralegal/lawyer moved into commercial role)
  • Ability to work in person from the London office
