About the Opportunity

We’re looking for our first sales hire — a true builder who wants to join early and help shape the future of our GTM engine. This isn’t a traditional AE role where you follow a set process. This is a founding sales role, where you’ll define the process.

You’ll work closely with our CEO to establish the sales motion for Von — by Rattle, experimenting, refining, and learning what drives impact. You’ll own the full sales cycle and build trusted relationships with revenue leaders across RevOps, Sales, and CRO teams.

As we grow, you’ll naturally step into sales leadership, becoming our first sales manager and helping build the team. We’re looking for someone who is competitive, curious, and motivated by the opportunity to create — not just execute.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, close, expansion

  • Build strong relationships with revenue leaders (VP RevOps, CROs, VP Sales) and position yourself as a trusted advisor

  • Collaborate directly with our CEO and VP of Marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy

  • Showcase Von’s value creatively — great demos won’t follow a script

  • Bring customer insights back into product and GTM to help influence what we build


You’re a Great Fit If You
  • Have 4–5 years of B2B SaaS selling experience, ideally within the GTM (RevOps/Sales tech) space

  • Have sold at an early-stage startup before and are energized by building from zero to one

  • Know how to have real conversations about pain, outcomes, and business value — not just pitch features

  • Want a clear path into sales leadership and the opportunity to build a team

  • Are comfortable using AI tools (or excited to learn) — including Von for Salesforce updates, research, pipeline planning, and workflow efficiency
