About ListedKit
ListedKit is an AI-powered transaction coordination platform for real estate. Our AI agent, Ava, handles a lot of the work a transaction coordinator does: reading contracts, tracking deadlines, managing tasks, drafting emails, collecting documents, and running eSignature workflows. Real estate teams use ListedKit to stay on top of every deal without hiring another full-time coordinator.
The product is live, customers are paying, and we are growing fast, including a new partnership with REAL Brokerage. We are backed by Harmony Venture Labs and based in Birmingham, Alabama. Up until now our founder has run every sales conversation himself, so this is the first dedicated sales hire and a true ground-floor seat.
The role
You will be our first salesperson and a full-cycle closer. You find your own leads, run your own demos, and close your own deals. There is no SDR feeding you meetings and no senior rep to hand deals off to. You own the motion end to end, from first touch to signed customer.
You will not be starting from zero. You will inherit warm partnership leads, including our REAL Brokerage relationship, webinars, and podcasts, and you will work alongside the founder, who joins your early deals to pass on the sales story and the product knowledge that closes real estate teams. From there, the pipeline you build is yours. Because this seat reports directly to the founder and sits in our Birmingham office, you get fast feedback, real coaching, and a direct line into how the company makes decisions.
What you'll do
- Prospect and run your own outbound into TC firms and real estate teams, through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Follow up on warm partnership and inbound leads and turn them into booked demos
- Run discovery calls and product demos that connect Ava to the daily pain of managing transactions
- Close deals and own your pipeline from first touch to signed customer
- Stand up and maintain our CRM, since you are the first to use it
- Write the first drafts of the outreach templates, objection guide, and one-pager that the future sales team will inherit
What we're looking for
You source your own pipeline. You have done, or are confident you can do, real cold outreach. When something is not set up yet, you build it rather than wait for it.
You are curious about customers, not just quotas. You can talk about the people you have sold to, what they cared about, and why they bought, not only the numbers you hit. You are honest and coachable, straight about what you have and have not done, and you ask questions that show you have already done some thinking. You have a founder's mentality and you want the ownership and upside that come with building something early.
You might come from one of a few places:
- A sales or SDR role at a SaaS company, with one to two years of experience and the drive to close your own deals for the first time
- The real estate world directly, as a former transaction coordinator, team admin, or brokerage operations person who is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and wants commission-based upside
- A blend of both, a sales background plus real estate or PropTech experience, which is the strongest fit of all
Real estate experience is a strong plus, not a requirement. If you do not have it, you will earn trust with customers by knowing the product cold and asking good questions.
Skills Required
- Ability to source your own pipeline and run outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Experience running discovery calls, product demos, and closing deals (full-cycle sales)
- Experience standing up and maintaining a CRM
- Ability to write outreach templates, objection guides, and one-pagers
- 1-2 years of SaaS sales or SDR experience or real estate operations/transaction coordination experience
- Real estate or PropTech experience
- Founders mentality, coachable, customer-curious, and entrepreneurial
