Your 1st Mission
Build Product Growth at Ivy:
We’ve been growing 100% QoQ since we acquired our license. We need to build Product Growth now.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, challenges, and goals, and use those insights to shape the products we build. You won’t just deliver feedback-you’ll be an integral part of the product development process, ensuring what we create solves real problems and drives value.
Bring both new and existing products to the market by helping customers adopt and scale their usage, ensuring they achieve the full potential of our payment stack.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn, cares deeply about their work and is ready to leave a footprint in FinTech & Crypto. You will be reporting directly to our co-founder & CRO Peter, giving you maximum exposure. You have the chance to build the Product Growth function from the ground up and embed our customers' voice into the heart of Ivy’s product development and growth strategy.
