ABOUT THE ROLE
As Founders Associate for People & Talent, you'll own the growth of our team, working directly with the founders. You'll find and win the people who will build Manex, run events that put us on the map in Germany, and shape how the world sees us, from our website to LinkedIn. As a small, fast-moving team, we'll also count on you to step in wherever you're needed and take on projects beyond your core scope.

Own recruiting end-to-end in close coordination with all founders
Scale our internal operations by documenting and automating core processes
Strengthen culture and communication, establish team rituals, and sharpen our employer brand
Advance compliance topics, public funding initiatives and marketing

Munich-based startup Manex AI is transforming industrial quality management and process steering with its manufacturing optimization agents. The team is working hard towards its vision of autonomous factories and industry leaders like BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, TDK, Henkel, Resrg Automotive and other already rely on Qualitatio. Manex AI's customers have proven to be able to reduce over 70% of test capacities and increase defect detection rates by 20% with Qualitatio, both in OEM and supplier setups.
