As a Founders Associate Intern, you will work closely with the founders and drive the strategic development of Nelly. You are essential to the success of Nelly - assessing options and opportunities to follow (and not to follow) as well as supporting the Founders in their day to day business activities.

What you’ll get to do
- Support Day-to-Day Leadership Activities: Work closely with the team, providing hands-on assistance in their daily business operations and decision-making processes.
- Prepare Reports and Analyses for Data-Driven Decisions: Support in developing reportings, performing data analysis, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Contribute to Cross-Functional Projects: Actively participate in diverse projects, driving their execution while offering fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Enhance Internal Operational Excellence: Support and optimize operational workflows across core functions, including Finance, People, Operations, and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
What you'll bring
- You are available for a minimum duration of 3- 5 months
- You have gained initial practical experience in demanding, dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working student roles in high-growth startups, fintechs, Big 4, investment banking, etc.).
- You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively drive your personal growth.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
- Your judgment allows you to decide when "done" is better than "perfect" – and vice versa.
- You are curious and enjoy challenging the status quo.
- You share our culture, which is based on an open mindset, high standards, and pragmatism.
- You are fluent in English and German.
