Founders Associate - Go-to-Market (m/f/d)

TL;DR - We’re building the healthcare workforce for tomorrow. Our AI receptionist Luna is already automating patient communication in medical practices today. As the market leader in orthodontics and with a recent major funding round under our belt, we’re now scaling into additional medical specialties — and you’ll be a key contributor to make that work. As Founders’ Associate for GTM, you’ll help us build a world-class GTM engine and will grow professionally along the way.

Why praxipal? The shortage of skilled professionals is the biggest challenge in our healthcare system. Tens of thousands of positions remain unfilled each year, and demographic shifts are only making things worse. Medical practices rely on our AI receptionist Luna to reduce staff workload and keep care accessible for everyone. • Prior experience in fast-paced environments, ideally combining generalist and customer-facing roles

• Extraordinary drive, strong entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of self-motivation

• Quick to learn and adapt to new roles, tools and automation solutions

• Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency

• Natural connector who proactively builds and develops relationships with customers, partners and team members

• German and English at a professional level

What You’ll Do In one sentence: You work hands-on across a broad set of GTM activities and own new initiatives, with the opportunity to scale the most promising ones into full teams.

• You’ll build our partnerships approach and turn collaboration with industry partners into a sustainable growth engine

• You plan and execute industry events that bring our brand to life and create meaningful connections with potential customers and partners

• You help drive and improve our GTM reporting, using data to create clarity around performance, priorities, and growth

• You help design and deliver impactful product demos and support existing customers to ensure they get the most out of our AI agent

• You’ll continuously improve how we approach lead generation, sales, and customer success, leveraging automation tools where they make us faster and smarter
