Founder's Associate Intern

CareerOS is a B2B2C career platform serving 100+ top MBA programs worldwide — including Oxford, INSEAD, London Business School, Georgetown, and Notre Dame — along with 30+ employers. We help 500K+ users land jobs they love. We're a small, high-output team based in Barcelona, operating with American startup intensity — we ship fast, own decisions, and push each other.

We just raised a multi-million dollar seed round. We're scaling, and we're doing it AI-first.

We're hiring a Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with the CEO/CPO. The role exists to support GTM and Product through analytics and AI automations, and to enable everyone on the team to operate beyond a single function — sales doing CS, engineers doing product and design, ops doing analytics. You won't sit in one lane. You'll ship across functions, and you'll use AI as a force multiplier in everything you do.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO/CPO. The throughline of the role: find what's slowing the team down, and ship the system, automation, or analysis that fixes it.

• Build AI automations that compound. n8n, Make, Fillout, MCP servers, the Anthropic API. Workflows across sales, CS, ops, and product. We expect production output, not prototypes.

• Ship with Claude Code. Internal tooling, integrations, dashboards, scripts. You don't need an engineering degree, but you need to be able to ship working software with an AI agent next to you.

• Run analytics for GTM and Product. Mixpanel, our warehouse, spreadsheets — whatever the question requires. Messy data → decisions.

• Enable role compression. Build the tooling, playbooks, and automations that let teammates do more than one job well. This is leverage work.

• Own cross-functional projects end-to-end. Strategic initiatives across product, GTM, hiring, finance, investor updates. Outcomes, not tasks.

• Operate with high autonomy. We won't manage you. You identify what matters, ship it, and tell us what's next.

Must-haves

• AI-first by default. You don't ask whether to use AI — you ask which model, which tool, which API. You've built real things with Claude, GPT, Cursor, or equivalents.

• Hands-on with automation tools. n8n, Make, Zapier, Fillout, or similar. You've shipped automations other people use.

• Comfortable with code. Doesn't have to be your background, but you can read, modify, and ship with Claude Code.

• Strong analytical skills. SQL, spreadsheets, or BI tools. Messy data → useful output.

• High autonomy. Operates without instructions, juggles shifting priorities, ships under tight timelines.

• Excellent written communication. You'll interact with co-founders, investors, and customers.

• Fluent English.

Strong signals

• You've shipped something with AI tools — an automation, an internal tool, an agent, a side project

• Experience using MCP servers or building production prompts/agents

• Startup, consulting, M&A, or operator background where you wore multiple hats

• Bias toward shipping over polishing

• ❌ Not a strategy-only role. You'll do strategy and research, but only if you also ship the artifact.

• ❌ Not single-function. If you want to do only sales, only ops, or only analytics, this isn't it.

• ❌ Not remote. On-site in Barcelona, working directly with the CEO/CPO.

• ❌ Not for AI skeptics. If you'd rather do things "the proper way" than use AI to ship 10x faster, we're not a fit.
