About the roleHey, I'm Tom, the founder and CEO of Svix.

More on the roleThe mission of the role is to be thought partner, help with strategy, own the highest-leverage work across the business, and make sure the important things actually happen.
Similar to the CEO, you'll be touching every area of the business depending on what's needed, for example: strategy and GTM, a hiring push, goal setting & planning, a pricing project, internal processes & automation, compliance, and much more. You'll often own undefined problems end-to-end, and be expected to automate them or hand them off.
This role is a good fit for ex-founders, consultants, investment bankers, and other strong operational people. You'd need to have worked in some B2B business environment, or be able to demonstrate why you're exceptional and we should skip this requirement.
