We’re looking for a Founder Associate who wants to get in early, learn faster than they ever imagined, and help build a company from the ground up.
This is not a narrow role — it’s the opposite. You’ll work directly with the CEO and the entire team, taking ownership across whatever matters most at the moment. One day you’re shaping product ideas with AI tools, the next you’re supporting customers, refining our sales deck, or helping define core business decisions.

What You’ll DoYou’ll support across all areas of the company, including:
Build tools, workflows, prototypes, or product features using AI tools (ChatGPT/Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, etc.)
Support customer success, operations, and day-to-day problem solving
Assist with marketing, presentations, pitch materials, and research
Contribute to product ideas and strategic decisions
Work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with the whole team
Jump into any challenge — big or small — and own it fully
Work directly with clients and partners, gaining early exposure to real business conversations
Participate in international travel for team offsites, client meetings, and events
This role is for someone who wants to learn by doing and is excited to wear many hats.

What We Do
CIRCL builds an AI-enabled platform for moving goods and managing last-mile logistics. It combines IoT, enterprise solutions, and AI to improve delivery operations, including real-time visibility, automated dispatching, route planning, and asset tracking. Initially developed to address bottled-LPG logistics, its system supports complex delivery networks and industries with returnable assets, such as LPG distribution, water and beverage delivery, and industrial equipment.
